    1. HUGO VAN LAWICK
HUGO VAN LAWICK
Worked most of his life in Tanzania and Mozambique where he has had extensive experience establishing various operations, including a deep-sea fishing charter company, a seafood export business, a boat building company and a hotel supply business.
Setting up and operating these businesses has given him a very hands on approach to solving problems and finding solutions. He believes strongly in our vision to build better, stronger houses, ones that can not only withstand severe storms, forest fires or earthquakes but ones that can be built faster and at reduced costs.
It was his love of working with moulds, developed whilst working on various boat models from 7 meters to 20 meters that drew him to this new opportunity in the construction industry. He’s now putting his extensive experience of working with moulds towards this new and exciting venture and believes passionately that houses can be mass produced just as effectively and efficiently as fiberglass boats. The only difference being that rather than using GRP resin in moulds to produce boats, we shall be using forming systems in combination with cellular concrete to build houses, whilst doing so in a very environmentally and sustainable way.
